Can anyone tell me where I can find the written rule that blow guns for Lizardmen have range increments?

Thanks,

In the rule book, though they do not have "range increments" in the manner of the d20 system.

The range given for each missile weapon is its maximum range. A target further away than half the maximum range is at long range and thus incur the appropriate penalty.

Exceptions to this penalty are explicitly noted in the weapon description.

The Lizardmen blowguns are described in the Lizardman army book.

You're welcome.

Are you asking if blowguns can be used in close combat? I'm not sure what you want.

Hes just wondering about the 4" Half and 8" Max ranges

If that was true then the title doesn't make any sense.

I think the set-up was pretty good, but the execution could use some work

Let me tell you one little thing about posting questions on Warseer:

You don't want to have everyone reading them. Really.

What you really want is to have those persons who know the correct answer to read and answer it. And to attract those persons, one should use clear and descriptive thread titles.

I'd just like to point out that Blowpipes > Javelins

Yeah, so? If you wanted damage inflicted at as great a distance as possible, wouldn't you too use your diaphragm muscles rather than your arm-and-torso muscles :)?
