Would be interesting to hear how it goes, but I'd say you need a little more punch - I'd probably drop one of the bow units to take a couple of chariots - or maybe both of them to take some trolls.

And I think the two NG. Big bosses need great weapons at least.

I've tried playing something similar to that and haven't fared well in any game. The problem is that you will have a hard time killing things. In my experience you are going to need something a bit more hitty.

Trolls, Squigs or a giant is probably the way to go. And great weapons for the bosses to pack a little more punch.

I've also used the Spider banner in a large unit of Night goblins with Short bow, for some good use.

The nets in the two units of Bow Goblins are a waste of points in my opinion. The bow gobbo's are there to shoot, not win in combat. I'd drop them and pick up some trolls :). If you want to keep the army goblins-only just for fun, then drop them for some fanatics!

I say drop the command off of the 2 bow gobbos and get 2 spear chukkas.
