Apologies if that has been asked before.

So if the VC lord changes into something so bad, and it still retains his abilities (but not magic items) it will still be Ud? So that means that it still takes wounds instead of combat resolution and that besides everything else (you know red fury etc etc) it can still be affected by necromancy spells-raising wounds and perhaps Vanhels?

A transformed character retains all special rules. This includes undead and vampire as well as any powers the vampire might have purchased.

Yes. It will still be unstable, and still be a Vampire, etc etc.

And when you think about it, a Vampire Chimera is pretty badass.

Etherial undead vampire dragon?

Hmm question here do high elves mage keep asf and dark elves keep eternal hatred?
Dont they specificly state that the effects apply to elves in their army? :P

They still have the abilities Speed of Asuryan and Eternal Hatred, respectively. They'd keep those special rules as a Dracochimaehydrwhatever.
