Looks good. Make sure you a shield on the bsb.

Also. Life on the lv.4, you need as many of thsoe life spells in conjunction as possible. And beasts, you only really need wild form and any of the others are handy, but not essential.

THIS IS A PIECE OF ADVICE TO ALL EMPIRE GENERALS . . . . Get the silver horn it deals with the empires poor ld and the ldship bubble problem. and its only 35pts :) :wtf:

why? warrior priest making units unbreakable, and the crown of command + arc lectors, generals, grandmasters high leaderships were always enough for me :)

in evert game that involved empire at the local gw half the unit ended off the board because of terror/fear causing chaos deamon/warrior lords and it seemed to repeat with other armies? to some degree. is this not the norm??

there is no norm anymore, every army is different. and you no longer run from fear/autobreak. another thing is that most armies now have a bsb, and with a high leadership value (9or more) and stubborn/steadfast/unbreakable buffs people are gearing up with its not mandatory to have specific items. for instance, knights with a grandmaster are immune to psychology, and empire general with the helm of command standing in the middle of a unit makes them reroll stubbern ld9. greatswords are stubborn anyways so give them the plus one ld banner and there u go (u dont even need that if your near a bsb). what gamers need to do nowadays is not customize armies to a character, but costomize a character for the amry. hope this helps.

I'm not so sure why you are taking 2 Great Cannons and no Volley Gun, but I really like your core unit choices and your use of warrior priests. I'm really digging Empire armies based around the cult of sigmar fluff at the moment:p

I Guess it was because of the last empire thread i posted we all sort of came to the conclusion that the cannons where more reliable and great for the occasional Dragon, Manticore, Furnace / Bell Or any high toughness creature / unit that needs to be taken down a notch or two.

For my 3.5k i've decided on 20 kinights with F/C cause that just going to hurt like a elephant in stilettos. unless anyone can think of a better 500pts addtion to my list :p :D :p David

hmmm 20 is such a waste of attacks (if you go 10 wide you will not get everyone in combat). why not take 12 or 13+ character like a warrior priest.

From a fluff perspective I think it makes more sense for the warrior priests units to be Free Company, to represent riled up villagers, witch hunters and almost flallelants.
Game-wise, what's with the 5 man Handgunner detachments?

the swordsmen are acting as anvils so using the handgunners stand an shoot should help to whitle down on coming hammer units :p
