Arite Guys,

Im wanting to come back into Warhammer after a 2 year break.

And I was wondering whats changed in the last 2 years? I know that 8th Edition was released but not much else:P I used to be quite a competitive/tournement orientated player so Im not sure what the new rules entail.

I alsosold all my armies and paints etc:/ so what would you suggest as a good way of coming back into the hobby?

Get a rulebook and some models from an army to your fancy and start playing.

I'm in same boat. Get an 8th ed book. There have been no 8th ed army books yet from what I've been told.

So snag an army book you like and then prepare yourself for the price shock.

Lots of people are saying that if you want to play scaven or high elves that the island of blood is a great purchase. I've personally never found anything to dislike about orcs so if there to your fancy then go for it.
