How does it works if one of your units are charged by 3 different enemy units and you choose 3 different reactions?

Againt the enemy unit you "hold"
Againt the second unit you "stand and shoot"
Againt the third unit you "flee"

Just wondering how to manage this strange situation.

There is a perfect example given on p. 18 of the BRB.

I'm not sure why you're asking this. Are you aware that you may Hold several times?

Against the first unit you do nothing.
Against the second unit you shoot.
You flee from the third unit. Then all three units have the opportunity to redirect.

Only the third unit can redirect unfortunately, because against the others the target unit didn't declare a flee reaction. Pg 18.
