Mi nambre es Ray K, and I have a tale to tell you. This tale is one like many, yet one unheard. Some say this is a pulp tale of mystery, intrigue, and danger... some say that it is a deep look into the festering underworld of our modern society, exposing the cruelties of our own personal natures through the actions of fictional characters... others say is simply the tale of a man... and his Necrons.

My friends, it up to you to decide what meaning you gleam from this dark and dreary tale... for I am only the story teller and my only job is not to sway your emotions to any one direction... but to speed them on their journey there and incite them with flames of blah blah blah I bought a ******** of necrons for $100 and now I have to paint them :D

I really like those colors, what are they btw?

seems simple enough, and pretty fast to boot, but they dont look hurried at all. they look top notch

are you planning any highlighting or washes? IMHO this army would look good dipped, nice solid colors

Yay Necrons!

Prepare to be very bored with them after a couple of games.

I like the ceramic look, I personally use a basic silver for the main bodies, but with a heavy brown ink wash, with the torsos deep red. But as The Dragon Reborn said eariler, they look simple and fast to paint. Be goos to see some pics of your wraiths etc once you get them done. Good Luck!!

I too like the purple rods. It goes well with your ceramic cream white look.
May I suggest the following to "bling" them up a bit:

1) Highlight the rods with some pink lightning effects or swirly thingies.

2) Use a rather gloss coat on the ceramics to bring out the effect even more. Perhaps they would benefit from a slight highlight as well, but don't go overboard.

Other than that, it looks good enough, and you should give yourself more credit than you do. Well done and keep it coming!

Came out quite nice, the ceramic effect is cool, and the overall paint scheme is very good. Diggin' the bases as well.

I'd say since the eyes and details are green, keep the rod green. Good looking paint job though.
