So, looking through the TK and Tyranid books, I have made a list that will incorporate some of the "snakier" Tyranid models in order to make an asaph themed TK list based around Khalida. So, here it is.

Khalida
Liche High Priest with 4+ ward

40 Archers with Full command (Khalida goes here)

10 Archers
10 Archers
10 Archers
10 Archers

3 chariots with the Flaming banner
(conversion idea: Use Ravenors to pull the chariots. 1 Ravenor per chariot, that is chained to the body)

3 Necropolis Knights with Entombed Beneath the Sands
3 Necropolis Knights with Entombed Beneath the Sands

Warsphinx with Fiery Roar
Warsphinx with Fiery Roar
( Conversion idea: Use a Trygon with a warshphinx Howdah on the back)

6 Ushabti with Great Bows
(Conversion idea: Use Ravenors or Tyranid warriors and Greenstuff bows)

2495 points

So, is it a competitive list? If you have any suggestions on how to improve the list, or the conversion ideas, please speak up.

Thanks for any advice

Alright, after further review, it seemed as though my list didn't have enough block troops, so here is the new version.

Khalida
Liche High Priest with 4+ ward

40 Archers with Full command (Khalida goes here)
19 Archers
19 Archers
30 Skeletons with Shields and Full Command

6 Necropolis Knights

Warsphinx with Fiery Roar

I would use Ravenors as unit fillers, and Rippers around the base of my Necroknights to further flesh out the theme.

It sounds like a fun list, and vertainly something that would look awesome if done well, so i wish you all the best with that.

Army list wise the second list looks beter as you hav some combat blocks, but 30 skeletons will probably die quite quickly, though you may have more experience using them at that size.

I'm also a massive fan of warshpinxes so that should just scare your enemy from the offset.
