Ok so ive decided on beastmen as my new army and heres my first list.

The Steel claws are pricey and you can buff yourself with more attacks from a spell so just save the points and go for the Additional HW or even a flaming sword help with regen.

Otherwise that is a very good list. The only thing I'd add is Harpies if you could find a way to do so

steel claws are a good idea and that is a classic build, I like the list, although the bestigors seem a little small, how are your units going to be deployed (ranks i mean)

You should consider a Crown of command on any character leading your bestigors. It really helps them a lot when cornered.

Some people swear by the Crown of Command, but I have to admit that it's really rare that I lose combat. Your money may vary. Take it. If you find yourself winning combat most of the times and you'd rather buy something else, go for that.

steel claws are a good idea

Steel Claws are an OK idea and since it's random it's unreliable. The Brass Cleaver will get 2-3 bonus attacks for less points and for only 3 points you'll get +1 attack from just an Additional HW.
