I know I would get like a Tzeentch Daemon Prince for a Fulcrom holder. 2+ Ward and Daemon Prince Stats. He would be hard to knock off a Fulcrom in combat or with shooting/magic... But thats just me.

I like the daemonprince assassin idea. Killing blow and swift stride 18 away from the nearest wizard. Yes please!

I'd drop skulltaker for a regular herald. The hatred makes all the difference. And make him a bsb, armour of khorne, firestorm blade guy too. Skulltakers great, but you need the herald more.

And I'd suggest more flamers, flame + fulcrum = win.

what suggestions do you have for the allowance points more monsters? or extra wargearstuff and which ones?

just a few quick questions.... can i take greater daemons with scrolls of binding or are they different being lord choices etc... and can horrors hold fulcrums?
