Marine Strike Cruisers are armed with a prow mounted Bombardment cannon, this is generally used for assaults on planets but also fires massive projectiles. They're essentially MAC rounds. The cruiser is also armed with starboard and port weapons batteries. These fire smaller inert shells than the bombardment cannon.
The Battlebarge also has a Nova Cannon, this is a larger version of the Bombardment cannon which fires highly explosive shells. These are also used to crack planet mantles and for the use of firing Exterminatus rounds - Life Eater virus globes. I believe the Battlebarge also has lances but not 100% on this.
Also not sure as to the armament of the escorts either. Could be wrong been a while since I looked at the rules etc. Oh battlebarges have launch bays too...
