Here's a poster I did.

It's not too excessive or heavy handed, is it...?

I phrased the caption that way because the other way would have implied a question.

does anyone else see the irony that a GERMAN inspired soldier has the star of david on their helmet ;)

i think it lacks colour and doesnt really say anything useful since we cannot read german (i cant at least).

Doesn't actually say something meaningful in German ;)

Heavy party?

There were 100,000 Jews who fought for the 2nd Reich in World War I, so I don't really think it's ironic. It's also a soldier from Aschknas, which is a very Yiddish/Ashkenazi themed planet.

Do you think the Aschknas star is too overtly religious to use in 40k?

I was going for "party hard," but it looks like I failed at the translation. I could always look for a correction or just change the word slightly and make it a Sturmkreig word, similar to Sturmkreig and Kaisar.

Party hard, as in "drink much"? Or what do you want to express? "Party hard" in that sense isn't really translatable into German while keeping the pun of political party (which is "Partei") and getting drunk-party (which is "Party", but only works as a noun).

Is it suppose to be a propaganda poster?

It doesn't invoke much....and it's colors don't help it

It's a start though, you ought to ask our German community members if you need help with translation though

It was supposed to be based on this:
