Greetings Guys,

I wasn't really sure where to put this, since it isn't rules dev, it isn't modelling, and it seemed like Specialist General would find the proper audience. So, that's why this thread is here.

I have been working for a long time on a 40K wet naval game. I feel like I have a pretty decent product that is a mash-up of BFG, Man-O-War, Aeronautica Imperialis, and other non-GW game systems. Right now, the game is playable with all major factions of 40K, plus a few others.

The game has everything you need to get started including, rules, quick reference guides, ship templates, terrain templates, and fleet lists. The only thing you need to supply are opponents!

You can find it all right here: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Aquanautica_Forum/index.php?showtopic=2

A fan built the forum, but feel free to sign up there to help us continue to develop the game!

Anyway, here are some pictures of the fleets I have made for the game.

So, let me know what you think about the rules, presentation, models, or anything else.

Regards,
Easy E

Ahh yes, I recall seeing this a while back. It looks like it could be great.

The one nitpick I have is with the Tau list. Now I can see why it may have been made to be auxiliary-centric, but it is mentioned in fluff that the Tau themselves do operate wet-water assets (there's a bit in the Space-Wolves background depicting an assault on a Tau controlled water world where the Tau use modified Crisis suits and torpedo weaponry). If you were to add to it, perhaps add a second list (similar to how there are two Tau fleets in BFG), showing more of this?

Overall an excellent product. Kudos to you sir!

Good idea.

The Tau Fleet was originally made prior to Codex: SW, befor ethe revelations about Space marine and Tau underwater battles.
