Hmmm maybe this has been answered before, but the disclaimer on the photos of some of the pages shown say (Warhammer 10k) and some say apocalypse.
I am guessing this is referring to the pre-heresy origin of these models?
Or is this some code to allow them in a 40k game w/o putting them in a codex like they did the nightspinner for the eldar?

Speaking of the nightspinner, where on GW's site does it say they are legal for play since they are not in the codex and I cannot find the answer on GW's FAQ site.

Thanks guys and any discussion on where to find news on forgeworld models allowed in 40k games (nightspinner) in the future would be appreciated.

hi,
nightspinner's rules have been released in white dwarf. I don't know if they are available on GW website.
Hope it helps

@OP: Look closer at the '10,000'... it actually says 40,000, just the style makes it hard to see the '<' part of the '4'. I made that mistake initially too... I assume your mentioning the chaos contemptor page?

It should also be noted that Warhamer 10k would be far, far, far before even the Unification Wars, and would have nothing at all to do with 40k as we know it. Pretty sureiIt would even still be on Earth.
