I am a bit torn on which way i should run my list.

Either this way. . .

The big difference is treeman or no treeman. What is more effective vs lizardmen. I am not 100% on what his army has but i know he had a bunch of skinks (60+) and temple guard, cold ones, stegadon, and skink priest. just know sure if there is anything else and what the quantity of each unit is. the tactic i was going to have is use dryads to flank temple guard; light up skinks with gg and finish up with treekin or treeman or dryads. and then when the stegadon gets close enough try to flank with dryads and charge with treekin/treeman head on. and keep lifeweaver near by for healing. Any other tactics will be greatly appreciated. I know u have to be easy with WE and not march them straight in. Just need to master that tactic.

Single models, regardless of what the model is, generally fare poorly against a skink-heavy force. Your Treeman/Eagle is likely to get poisoned off before it does much if your opponent is paying attention. The lizardman player will actually out-MSU you with all the small skink skirmishing squads, so you won't be able to kill all of them before they do damage. I'd go with the first list with the big Treekin squad, and just stand behind them with the GG and shoot. You'll outrange the skinks, so he'll have to come to you. Keep backing up to maintain long range against them so they can't double-shoot you, and keep the Treekin positioned to accept the charge from the Temple Guard. Don't be afraid to charge the skinks if they get too close, even unsupported GG should kill them easily. They really suck in combat.

since the eagle is a single model would it be better to just beef up the dryads added 2 to each unit?

No, Great Eagles are awesome and you should have two.

If they are getting poisoned to death it means your GG aren't.

Also Treekin/Treemen shrug off poison with two saves. It's single model, unarmoured models that should fear poison.

To counter chameleon skinks don't let them deploy behind your lines and rush some chaff Dryads at them. the 5+ and ItP will be useful and they are only 96 points for scaring the lizzie player.

Well i re-tweaked my list and added the 2nd eagle and use them to draw fire. The BSB will join the 19 gg so when he uses his HoDA it will be flaming attacks.

i thought about dropping 4gg from the big unit. adding a musician to the unit of 10 and added talisman of preservation to the wizard. would that work or so u have another suggestion?

you could do that 4 gg shouldnt make much of a difference

I take musicians in every unit I can. Even skirmishers. Rallying at +1 or not loosing a drawn combat is worth the 3-6 points.
