I am not quite ready to play at this point level but I wanted to work towards it at least by collecting the models and getting stuff painted up. But here my 2500pt list.

Lvl 4
Wand of Wych Elm
Stone of Crystal Mere
295- Beastweaver
Dispell Scroll
Talisman of Preservation

Hail of Doom Arrow
Asyendi's Bane
Light Armor

CORE

Standard (BoEF)
Musician
126- 10 Glade Guard
Musician
126- 10 Glade Guard
Musician
108- 9 Dryads
108- 9 Dryads

SPECIAL
390- 6 Treekin
108- 6 Wardancers
108- 6 Wardancers

RARE
285- Treeman
120- 5 Waywatchers

TOTAL
2499

Hopefully i have enough hard hitting stuff at this point level and also giving me enough units to field so that i can either out deploy my opponent or at least match them. Then i have the Waywatchers as the scout deployment and depending on the opponent would depend how close or far they will be. a unit of dryads and wardancers will each work together to protect my flanks and at least provide a speed bump when possible. the treeman and treekin will be used to hold the center while i pump arrows at my enemies and hope that my magic does enough to buff these units and protect them through the fight. Ultimately this is just a buffed up version of my 1500pt list and from what ive seen that seems the best way to go to this point level by just beefing up your lower point lists. My primary opponents are VC, Lizzys, and WoC. So any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

That unnecessary Beastweaver could've been another Treeman, 4 more Treekin, another block of GG, almost 3 more Dryad units... :(

I am still fairly new but why is the beastweaver pointless?

I think you've got too many points in support and not enough actual army- 1 level 4 and a BSB are probably the only characters you'll really need.

Because you'll have an average of 7 PD each turn. This means that one of your mages will be sitting there uselessly every turn. It's also an easy target for your enemy. Even a level 1 or 2 backup mage is overkill for armies unless they have ways of generating extra PD which you don't.

Ok i can understand that. Added a lvl 1 with a DS i think would find itself very useful depending who i play and if i fail to dispell (even with the re-roll of the lifeweaver) i would like the option to have a chance to dispell. so i did some tweaking.

The ward saves are all unnecessary, if the characters get into combat they'll still get pounded, and the only miscast results you're really worried about don't allow ward saves.
