The rules here a simple- you can be a hero choice skaven with any non-magical wargear of your choosing. You also get a retinue of henchrats to match your character(a cheiftan would have storm vermin, an assasin gutter runners, and so on.)

Each post you can progress into the labyrintine castle, but you must loose a rat every post, preferably to an idiotic mishap. Getting over the wall should be a big production in itself.

The Castle of Kreigvast is set in the middle of the drakwald. It's a huge fortress, full of mercenaries out to loot the gold from the abandoned fortress.

What you skaven are here to claim is the vast deposits of warstone rumored to be found in the catacombs under the castle. However, your enemies in skavenblight have arranged for you to fail by giving you the most inept, incompetent, and bumbling army in skaven history. it's up to you to prevail anyway, though such few of these clumsy underlings will be around to share your glory....

If Engineers are allowed I'll take one of those, but if they're ability to zapp enemies (or rather, themselves and their allies) counts as magical equipment, I'll go for a Plague Priest. Both of them have plenty of ways to get their minions killed, even without the need of additional items...

Hah, sign me up for an assassin and his team of 'elite' tunnelling gutter runners

Master Moulder: Retinue consists of Pack masters and slaves

Count me in.

Am I good doing an (extremely inept) apprentice Seer wit’ Clanrat bodyguard?

Commander X-you can take the engineer, but no magic goodies from the armory.

Rathgar- approved- remember, no magic wargear. I'll say one spell of your choosing. In this casr, themore powerful the spell, the more likely to backfire
with interesting consequenses.

Count me in, I think I'd like to try as a chieftain with a unit of Navy Veals.
Vermin Experts in Asinine, Loopy, Siegecraft.
So that's me and some stormvermin.

what about plague monks? i can think of some pretty disgusting/funny ways for some of them to die. Otherwise can i have a chieftan with clanrats?

Plauge preist is ok, just remember the two rules. No magic weapons or items, and have fun. :)

Roll on Sunday indeed. This rpg has been on my mind all week. My favourite death mode today involves a chicken and waffle iron.

Things are a bit quite in the IC thread. biggreengribbly, when's your assasin turning up?

C. Langana
30-04-2006, 19:21
Aye, let's keep things rolling.

30-04-2006, 21:31
erm... I'm having problems thinking of ways to kill my minions is all. I have like one cliched idea involving tunnelling, but I'm drawing blanks. So rather than making one post and running out of ideas, I just haven't posted!

Sorry about my lack of imagination. Minion slaying should be a simple thing, I just can't think of anything!

Thousands of methods, richocheting shuriken, flashbangs with more bang than flash, grappling hook accidents, do the SAS storm the embassy but make getting caught in your abseiling line more lethal. 'Friendly fire'...

I just ranked up my own bodyguard to utter stupidity. They missed the bridge to the gates and went for a long swim with a short air supply.

Just up on the BI site, figured it was appropriate. :D

Tanith perhaps it's time for some more orders from our illustrious rat in chief. How about trying to pick off some human messengers to see what their up to?

If at least two people are still in, I'll try to bring it back. Two people post here by monday and I'll post in the IC thread with a real wing-ding of a unit death.
