Warhammer Frozen Lake Scenario

So... my USB seems to be broken and I had all my fantasy campaign stuff on there. I want to rewrite my third campaign (players travel into the realm of Chaos).

Anyway, long story short, I'm looking for a scenario that might be named "Frozen Lake". GW released a PDF for it soon after the release of 8th edition and I can't seem to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
