Not bad.:D Nice work on the lighting.

If all that took you 4 days, I'd like to see what you can do in a week!

They're all very good quality, I especcially like the glow effects you've done on the lords and on the monolith.

roughly 1200 points?

how do you plan on telling 1 warrior squad apart from the other during the game? changing hose color is a good way. and you ought to add more warriors

With the fluid composition of Necron squads, I've no idea how one would keep them from being mixed when they come back. I simply use different facing for the guns to tell different squads apart. One points them to the side, one to the front and one in an angle. Easy to tell the squads apart and works even when the squads get all mixed up because of We'll Be Back.

Very slick paint job; I especially like the "glowing" green effect on the Lords. Any tips on how you accomplished that?

why not keep the models in 'squad piles' then each squad won't get mixed up.

not a bad army if it is around 1200pts i'd boost it up to 1,500pts and add more warriors as these are really needed to avoid phase out.

for 4 days thats very good and the glowffx really makes your lords stand out.

once again you astonish me with your painting speed.

Nice, the good old boltgun metal and brown ink wash?? The simple arm swap on the Lords look good, can I ask do you find that Destroyer Lords are worth having in games? Because I only have one on foot, well 2 but ones not painted yet. And I was wondering if I should get a Destroyer Lord as well, for slightly bigger games? Thought that saying I still have to play any games with my crons yet.....must do that one day.

i think it's very useful, especially with necron.. a destoryer lord really help a lot in close combat... i remember i lost a 10 men seer councial to a nercon destoryer lord in close combat before..

yes Warsythes are awesome in HTH for the Destroyer Lord, the Destroyer Body adding the +1 Toughness makes him hang around even longer, and adds to his movement range for assisting to where he, his warsythe, or his orb is needed most.

you gotta love all metallic necrons! It's a good paintjob though, the white is very pure and the glowing effects are nice.

Just a thought: imagine painting a NMM necron army!

Keep up the good work

Necrons are my all time favorite army,
These guys look awesome, how do you paint that fast? I like what you did with the glowing effect on the lords looks really cool.

The destroyer lord looks evil, I like the arm swap.

I'm watching this thread.

How did you paint your necrons?

Mine are Drybrushed boltgun metal over a black basecoat, Paint the armour and chest plate regal blue and then highlight the regal blue with ultramarines blue.
Here is a pic of some of my destroyers,
