If I made an imp. Guard army using the Victrix models as a base, then adding in Lazguns and a large assortment of other gw goodies to them, would I be allowed to use the in GW/Warhammer World?

Thanks for the help,

It's that old "If I bought a Big Mac to go, would I be allowed to sit an eat it at a Burger King? What if I buy a soda there to drink with it?" analogy...

But really, you will have to ask them directly.

Almost certainly not at a GW store.

You might get away with a few of them scattered throughout a GW army, but a whole army of them, regardless of how heavily you convert, if they get spotted, you'll be asked to stop using them and/or leave.

Thanks for the replies. In my mind it would be more like getting a big mac, taking the meat out of it, and then surrounding the meat in an assortment of delicious Burger King goodies. But I take your point, thank you.

The biggest problem you would have isn't one of where you can play, but of scale. There a a few usable bits in the victrix sets for 40k scale things, but on the whole they are too small. A lasgun would look insanely large in their hands,

Just look at the picture here.

The GW scale doesn't mesh well with the Victrix scale stuff (the one in the picture may be a Perry miniature, but they are very comparable in scale).

However, this picture:

I think shows that there are bits (like the back pack) that can be transfered across and won't look too out of place.
