Still only 1 of each item allowed. It will be in the magic item section.

Note that dwarfs and daemons have a way around this.

Under the Magic Items section, Unique, it explains that each magic item is unique and can only be taken once. Now some armies have access to multiple items that are capable of dispelling a spell in which case those armies can take more than one item that can dispel a spell.

The text saying that scrolls can be taken multiple times has been removed for this edition, making them like other magic items - a single occurance in an army. As others have said above, some armies have other items that act like a dispel scroll so can auto dispel multiple times.

High Elves can get 3 Auto-Dispels in a list with: Teclis, Sigil, and Scroll.

And in an alliance with multiple Dwarf and High Elf armies there is not practical limit, but I'm going to say a million trillion.

Or you can ally with Daemons who can take a dispell scroll (Spell Breaker) for each tzeench herald and a spell remover scroll (Spell Destroyer) per Lord of Change.
