The cougars are pretty much the same size at the Chaos Space Marine obliterators, if you know how big those are. Bigger than a GW terminator.

actually, having just taken my first plunge into Mongoose's mini offerings by picking up a box of these, i'd say these are more like Terminator scale, but a bit beefier. The grizzlys, with all thier added bulk, I would say are more like an Obliterator.
By the way, the packaging on the cougars totally sucks, and had I not seen the pics of them online I would never have bought any based on what you can see on the box. Once I opened the box though, I found a nice set of clean-cast minis, with each of the 4 legs, right arms, and left arms in a diferent pose from its counterparts, fully swappable to allow variation, and enough of both weapon options to make the squad however I wanted it.
i'll be picking up more ST minis methinks. i was pleased with what i got.
Their helmets actually remind me of the Halo's Master Chief.

use them to make some sweet conversions? i mean if you dont think those would make a bad ass terminator sarge or an obliterator you must have somthing wrong with you.

I have my cougars sitting next to my obliterators on the painting table and they're the same size.

If anyone remembers a game called Heavy Gear by Dream Pod 9, these could stand right in with their miniatures line.
Ok, quick quesiton. How does this game play? I mean how detailed is the combat etc, and what kind of flexability is there when choosing your army so to speak.
now that's more like it from Mongoose, i like these a lot
