I dont really want to change much just wanted your opinions on how you think it would play.

my biggest concern is the fanatics killing my chariots

Don't get extra wolves for the characters chariots. They give you 1 extra S3 attack (how amazing) which in itself is not worth the point cost and the upgrade also allows more models to allocate attacks to you due to a wider base. In some cases this could easily be 6 more models! And against some units even 1 more model will put the chariot in danger. A bad upgrade.

Get rid of some of the fanatics, they threaten your chariots, as you say.
I'd drop a shaman too, or make them both level 1. I think the main reason to use them in numbers is for the mushrooms, making level 2 kind of pointless. Having 8 levels of magic is also too many when they all must choose from the one lore.
Use the saved points to bulk up the goblin units as much as you can. 50 is good, 80 is better.
Otherwise it's pretty good I think, should be pretty fun to play.
