Who else agrees with me that silent death was a really good game?
Such a shame that the game isn't around any more:cries:

I never played Silent Death so I don't know much about it. It is still available and you can order books and miniatures from the manufacturer's website: http://www.ironcrown.com/

I just played my first few games last night.

The models are complete ass but the game is fun and fast paced.
Whoever named some of this stuff is a complete dweeb (SPLAT guns?)

Some things I can't figure how they point these ships 'cause one ship will be within 5 or 10 points of another and completely own the other. I didn't see any ship creation matrixes.. I'm sure they are out there.. I might make some of the BFG ships :)

It was pretty good. I now use the SD minis I have for games like Aerotech and Full Thrust.

Are there any other ship mini's that are worth having?
The SD ships are VERY poor :(

Really good game and one I've owned since the start. It says a lot that I've owned both boxed editions of it and still relish the propsect of getting to play it.

I'm just waiting for the star wars spaceship game to come out so I have some cheap fighter models which I can then use for the officially sanctioned silent death star wars variant :D
