Does anyone have a good idea for a tzeentchian looking multilator - or just a normal looking one? They don't really have much from the daemon models to pick from unless I put 3 flamers on a base.

Replace the heads with horrors or the beaky spawn head?

Random wings/feathers sprouting from possibly inappropriate places.*
Any kind of bird head.
Fire spouting from various apertures.
Big Tzeench icon somewhere on the model.

All pretty unoriginal, but will serve the purpose. :)

* Inappropriate as in - places where wings would actually be nigh-on useless, like kneecaps, armpits and toes, not the other meaning.

I'd kitbash Spawn and Terminator bits together, to represent a termy recently 'blessed' by Tzeentch with mutation into a counts-as Mutilator

First thing that came to mind was a Tomb King Necrosphinx.

That would be great for a maulerfiend, but mutilator is the CC-Oblit. Tzeenchian Obliterators would be more obvious, using ornate termies wielding some kind of hand-shot magic.

following Nonalyths idea, these guys might be more size-appropriate for Mutilators

I would go with the carrion birds over the tomb scorpion. Cheaper too, as you get 3 carrion for the price of 2 scorpions.

The other option is Terminator bodies with arms and heads from the spawn kit and/or posessed kit.

Deep, my bad. In that case, I put forward the Sepulchral Stalkers

You can say the diffferent attack profiles are them hitting with different parts of their funky blades.

Obliterators can be Ushabti with bows, each weapon type is a different warp-enfused arrow fired.

It would look cool alongside the pharoahhat marines.

I pondered using ushabti as well. If you use other TK models to kitbash your tzeentch CSM, it would look really solid. I've seen necrosphynx defiler conversions that actually turned out amazing looking. Having a couple ushabti running around with it would make for a fantastic theme, and you wouldn't have to do much if any converting to make them 40k appropriate, since they in reality are just constructs being controlled by magic.
