Played a game yesterday with a friend and I got one of he's units running away from a charge to protect he's level 4 wizard that was bunkered in it. In my following shooting round i got a stonethrower template centered on the wizard and I thought i had read somewhere that you do not get look out sir when fleeing, we couldnt find it in the brb though.

I might just aswell have confused myself on this, but does anyone know facts?

Look Out Sir! rolls are, surprisingly perhaps, not affected by the unit fleeing.

Perhaps the panicked trooper gets in the way of the shot by accident?

In this case it is not the ordinary soldier that jumps in front to take the shot, it's the character that uses his squad mates as meat shields. Perfectly logical!
