I would say a level 4 necro is top priority. Magic phase is so important. See if you can fit one in.

Also lord has two magic armors. Just go enchanted shield, heavy armor and talisman of preservation.

Sword of Quarrel? I'm missing the translation.

20 ghouls seems too easy to kill. I'd drop one skeleton unit to fill it out. Besides, the unit without the lord won't do very much anyway.

Apart from the Vampire Lord having two magic items from the same list, I'd say you've got a fairly awesome army there. Not too many points wasted on redundant wizards (though a Master Necromancer or a Mounted Vampire would be a tempting choice).

What is a Sword of Quarrel?

I really can't fit in a Level 4 unless I drop like a Spirit Host or reduce a skeleton unit to uselessness. This is the best I could get. Also fixed the magic items. The backup wizard becomes an Invocation/Vanhels Danse Macabre machine.

Ok...

You are running a CC lord yes? he is your armies life line... you need a plan B in case plan A gets KB or magiked off the bored

A level 3-4 necro is a must. drop the magic levels on your lord if you need to and your necro, a level 3 necro and level 1 lord are same as what you currently have.

CC lord i prefer to run with sword of bloodshed for +3A with the potion of strength and the usual red fury etc, S5 will do for most things but if you run into say chaos knights or high T units pop the potion and all of a sudden you have 8A at S8 re-rolling and then gaining a potential further 8A with red fury... thats a potential 16 very dead elite units...

Other than that your good to go :)
