Planning to start a campaign soon and need a "Bastion" equivalent for some of the Xenos players. I have Necrons, Tau, Tyranids and Orks that I need to provide for. The Orks are easy, but I could seriously use some help on the other 3. If anyone has some non-GW sets that I can buy (or even homemade terrain that I could copy) it would much appreciated.

You might want to try looking in the trading forum as well:

Necron bastion = monolith... Half buried and immobile?

I don't see the tau or elder of either kind building defensive structures. They may make use of existing imperial ones if it fits into a strategic plan or trap. The eldar would have a hidden or shrouded warp gate if anything, but that would be more like a base and supply line to the craft world vs a defensive position.

Tyranids are kind of in the same position. I don't think the capitillary towers they create have a defensive purpose, but could be wrong.

I've seen some pretty good tau and Eldar ones made out of cheap plastic flower vases.

When my A.D.D. allows me to focus, I am slowly working on a Necron Bastion. Essentially an Obelisk from Dawn of War, but straight up using the bastion rules for fairness sake. Also, Stone House Minatures Mayan terrain is perfect for Necrons.

Plus, look at Forge Worlds new Tomb Citadel game board. It is an actual Necron fortification.
