Are there standardized rules for howdah crews? I couldn't find them in the RB. I play Lizardmen and there are several questions I have about the Ancient stegadon with blowpipes and the howdah crew.

1. If the stegadon makes a normal move do skinks with javelines get penalty for moving?
2. Are the two giant blowpipes a type of warmachine or just overgrown blowpipes(since there is one skink operating each), i.e. can you make a stand and shoot reaction or not?
3.Do 2d6 shots per blowpipe now have multiple shots rule?

1. The model moved.
2. Do they say they are war machines and/or have the Slow to Fire rule?
3. Does anything say they have the Multiple Shots rule?

The stegadon is a Monster with a funny growth on its back, not a War Machine, so if it had any rules related to War Machines they would have to be explicit.

1. Yes, they will get -1 to hit
2. giant blowpiepes don't have slow to fire. SnS is allowed.
3. Yes, the blowpipe has multiple shots (2d6). For another -1 to hit. However this profile may cover the 2 blowpipes on the model, for a total of 2d6 shots per steg

It says that it has 2 giant blowpipes for 2 seperate instances of 2d6 shots at -1 to hit
