Sisters of battle evicerators (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?prodId=prod1300023a).
Seth (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440191a&prodId=prod1700043a) have a big chainsword.
Maybe some of the Space Wolf chainswords.
A FW weapon set (http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space_Marine-Infantry-and-Accessories/LEGION_MkIV_POWER_WEAPON_SET.html) have a twohanded chainsword, but it is not very ornate.

Mine is going to use the SoB canoness eviscerator. Man that thing is funky.

The problem with the SoB ones is the guards are fleur de lis shaped, not a big deal I suppose but otherwise it's not really that ornate. You could easily file away the fluer de lis, and may want to as part of fitting a Space Marine sized hand (pinning the hilt and blade onto it). It's probably the least expensive option though as you can still sell the remaining parts on eBay as an almost complete model, and since it's still metal it's only £8.20 in the first place (here it is (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat660004a&prodId=prod1300013a)).

Scale wise it might be a bit small for a Space Marine though, as some of the plastic chainswords are pretty big already.

The orks, especially their nobs, have assorted amusing chainswords - that would at least give you the basic shape and teeth, ready for you to add some marine detail.

you could cut the blade off one chainsword, the tip off another and glue them together to make a big chainsword. then add ornamentation to taste

I was thinking of doubling down to slam both of the main GW 40k cliches into a single weapon and put a skull on a stick with chainsaw teeth running along the skull.

Behold: the chainskull!

Now that needs an accompanying secondary weapon. Perhaps a knife with a frowning face on the blade.

It could be called the Grim-dirk.

I'll just... Get me coat.

Maybe use one of the slightly weirder Chaos Chainswords, with removed Iconography and add an Aquila from somewhere?

If you want a really big one, see if you can't find one from the old 54mm Inquisitor game. Or Hack's chainsaw (http://www.comfychairgames.com/pack.php?pack=15) from Spinespur, although it is not really longer, but it is it wider. Or you could do what I did to make Bloodfeeder for the last Chaos codex and make a pair of chainsword-chucks, yo.

Find a painfully small Chainsword, to add insult to injury.

Kinda like The Cricket

There was some concept art of marines where a veteran of some sort had a "double chainsword" not end to end like darth maul, but like a double sided chainsword except...two seperate blades. Would look heavy and brutal but a little different to the normal idea of a super chainsword

Edit: Picture in this thread

Actually... the cliché idea isn't that bad. Decorate/replace the hull of the chainsword with an array of underjawless skulls (like those from the Berzerker sprue, their rather large chainsword would fit too). Could be painted as decoration (golden) or as real skulls (then I'd suggest variation of the skulls - either those from heroes/martyrs of the Imperium or from enemies/xenos). I guess I'm converting such a weapon just for fun.
