Getting a bit bored of the usual tooty-fruity point and shooty spacemarine books these days and I was wondering if there are any crime and investigation books set in the warhammer world or 40k that you's would recommend?

Thanks!

I'm going to assume you've already read the Dan Abnett's Inquisition novels?

And there are Dan's follow-up series about Ravenor. And there are also the two titles by Sandy Mitchel, Scourge the Heretic and Innocence proves Nothing.

If it's your bag, there's always Dark Heresy! A whole game based on crime and investigation and good fun too. Also a lot of good background material on how the Inquisition work.
