Specifically the smaller Leviathan Crusader? I was just wondering how they compared size wise, but I haven't had any luck finding a size comparison online. So if someone has both, mind taking a picture of the two standing next to each other? Thanks.

Leviathan is closer in size to a warhound titan in height. The dreadknight is pretty small, the knight titan is still small in comparison to the leviathan. Pretty sure you can find measurements of both online.

I meant the shorter version. The 15mm scale version.

That one's 4.6" tall according to the Dreamforge website. I have no idea how tall the Dreadknight is, though.

That thread might help. Not sure if there is a dreadknight and leviathan next to each other, but they have the shorter leviathan and a lot of GW models side by side. They also have it on an oval base. A bit of digging and I found a post stating the DK was about 10CM, which is approx 4 inches.

the third post down on that page shows a DK vs the smaller one..

Any idea on when the smaller Leviathan will start getting the weapon options of the bigger version?

Really? I don't see it. What I see is the bigger Leviathan Crusader next to a Dreadknight, and then the next picture has the big and small Leviathan Crusaders together, but not the small Leviathan Crusader with the Dreadknight.

This is labelled as 15mm vs 28mm (http://i.imgur.com/C2KZ6lfh.jpg)

and directly above it, the same Leviathan (http://www.brueckenkopf-online.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/DF_LC_Scale3.jpg) is shown pictured next to the DK..

so what i see is the comparison

you can tell from the weaponry and the, ya know, scale of the thing

Yes, the B&C page shows it nicely.

Pushes me even further to pick up that Dreamforge model, actually.

There still definitely is not a picture with the small leviathan and the DK next to each other. From the pics of each of them with the big leviathan you can extrapolate that they are about the same size, with the leviathan maybe a little taller and much chunkier.

If you wanted to use the leviathan as a stand in it looks like that would be reasonable, though personally I've never understood all the DK hate. I don't think the leviathan is any less stupid really.

I know that's there. The text you quoted has me saying the exact same thing you just said, so you're not really giving me new information here. It's easier to get a size comparison if the two models were next to each other, though, rather than trying to get scale by seeing them compared to a third model (Not to mention that the small Leviathan is further forward than the larger one, so that doesn't help).

I have seen the 15mm leviathan next to an imperial knight and it is just a fraction shorter. I would say its too chunky for a dreadknight if i am honest. The 28mm leviathan is massive and my friend uses it as a stand in for a warhound titan.

The problem you might find if you use the 15mm leviathan is that it only has the raid fire cannon and sword, they dont currently do the other weapon options for the 15mm as far as i am aware.

That's an Imperial Knight and Leviathan Crusader comparison, actually. I'm looking for a size comparison with the Dreadknight.
