Tzeentch herald cannot be level 4. This is a decent list though, if you take both lvl 2 heralds as metal. The combo of treason and final transmutation is very very good. Crushers and seeker chariots are sub-par but definitely have some shock value, as in a list like this you will be backing up and waiting to charge until later in the game. Nothing to break steadfast is really putting pressure on your magic phases to whittle down the biggest blocks. Can never go wrong with two skill cannons. Drones sweet spot is 4 models imo.

Did think of both being metal but changed to tzeentch to garentee gateway.
big blocks would have to be avoided until the end game and multicharged.

what would you have instead of the crushers?

You have way to much magic that you are not going to use, you either go with only horrors (for tzeentch) or a unit or two of horrors with a herald in both and use they extra tzeentch spells if you get decent ones.
You have no fighting power in this army at all, horrors cannot hold their own and are only there for magic value and nothing more. If you expect them to hold out against anything higher than skaven slaves and goblins you will be sorely mistaken. I would remove two units of them and sprinkle in any other god you wish. Nettes would go best with your MSU approach, hit hard and fast and do what you need them to do. Three blood crushers will get you nothing, remove them and use the points elsewhere. hounds with their ambush ability can get rid of warmachine crews with ease and by the time they come on the board the rest of his army should be to far away to stop them giving you more victory points if the game has gone south by then. Seeker chariots are utterly useless! They will not get their points back at all, exalted's are excellent but expensive because of their trick with putting a slaaneshi herald on it and issuing challenges after charging. With the extra points you have left add a plague fly to that unit and if at all possible give them the flaming banner, it will help immensely against any regen or undead opponents you may face. The other thing lacking in this list is a monster which I think the Soul grinder would work perfectly, give it a daemonclaw and flamer and it will help immensely at taking on anything really. Ram it into mass units of goblins and watch them flee off the board from failed terror rolls or cause panic tests with the flamethrower anyway :D
