Ever want to fight on backwater planets? Against hoards of feral orks, wood elves, ogres?

Well I'll keep this simple.

Profiles swap straight over.
Movement stays the same.

Armour is slightly different though.
Plate armor with helm is 4+
Medium armoured 5+
Shields give 6+
No 3+ or better unless magical.

Riders (horseback or other) are fast and gain bonuses like other fast vehicle.

Monsterous creatures on 60mm bases or larger have an invulnerable 5+ save automatically.

Ranged weapons:
Bows can fire one shot Max range and 2 shots at half range.
Black powder weapons ap 6
Cannons with templates hit on scatter dice, non template are ap 3.

Special weapons like grapeshot or ones that go through all the ranks in a column, are ap 2 for the first hit +1 for each additional, so it would go 2,3,4,5,6,- or until a passed armor save is made.

Back in earlier editions there were rules for Feral Orks, Feral Kroot, Bows, Arrows, Blackpowder guns and Human forces of low tech levels.

Looking at your rules already posted.......:/ have you considered a game called Warhammer Fantasy Battle? ;)
