Hi there,

I am not sure if I should post this here. But I had a question about a certain painting scheme found in the Lizardmen book.

On the pages with the painted miniatures, you can find some darker colored figurines. For example a saurus on page 69 (top), a skink and chameleon page 70 (bottom). How have they painted the dark hue? And how the jade-like weapon on the saurus? Can someone give me an exact answer? Because I can't find a detailed on the internet.

Thank you very much for your help.

Well, I supposed they used a darker color?

An exact answer will be hard to give, unless it's detailed in the Lizardmen painting guide download thingy which I do not posses. But be warned, even if you do know the exact steps you require a certain level of skill to follow them. It's not as easy as copy-paste and be done with it; your result may still be different. I'd suggest painting a test model and see what you can achieve with your own colors and techniques.
