Not gonna be that competitive without some magic....run the dp with at least a few levels of magic. Drop chariot to add levels and maybe a few warriors

With just one hellcannon you will be hard pressed to force your opponent to move.

4 skullcrushers are enough these days, what with the reduction in hordes you see.

If you drop a skullcrusher, swap out warriors for minimum number of marauders with shield/LA to make min core and then take a lvl 1 fire scroll caddy you should be fine.

You need a but more range threat and all the Mage does is 6 dice the max boosted fireball.

3d6 st 4 hits is pretty damn good for almost anything...chaff, cannons, chariots, thinning numbers...
The utility is impressive.

Plus a scroll helps you knock out 1 magic phase from your opponent.

Changed the list a bit to help under Swedish comp.

I understand no magic in a Khorne fluff army (mine has no hellcannon - khorne does not like shooting apparently nor cheaty unmarked wizards but i do have a warshrine and mutalith, so my PD are not wasted) I think the blood god is happy with that compromise.
