I'm looking for suitable counts-as models for Giant Chaos Spawn and/or Spined Beasts to be used in my Nurgle-themed (40k) Renegades list.

Does anyone have any experience working with the Fantasy Maggoth Lord models? Are they a suitable size to represent these models? Can they be assembled without a rider?

The Glottkin's interesting, but looks much too big for Giant Chaos Spawn or Spined Beasts.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I see them more akin to Forgefiend size.. as i am unfamiliar on the spined beasts size, maybe?

The riders also has their seat, so without the rider there is a gap where they would be.

Go bigger and turn the Glotkin into a Nurgle Knight Superheavy Walker.

That right arm is begging for some sort of triple barrelled cannon.

Hah, the right arm already has a hole/mouth, Nurgle needs no guns and ammo. Nurgle makes their own ammo.

I would greatly like to make a 40k glotkin themed end times army.

Glotkin = Knight titan
maggot lords = dreadknight
Blightkings = TDA

Blightkings I could see being Obliterators, with some green stuff and lots of guns...

I thought using Mutalith vortex beast (without vortex thingy) as a spined beast/giant spawn, probably about right size.

Good shout, I thought they were about forgefiend size, or at least I was hoping so for when I get around to making my insane heavily converted
chaos army.
