does anyone know who the principle desinger was behind Age of Sigar? And who else was in the design team?

Army books have a credit list, but the online age of Sigmar has no such thing.

It will be interesting to see what their other credits are.

I would assume nobody WANTS to take credit for it.

It has been a while since a single desginer has been credited with anything.

Design Studio has been the author behind the last batch of 40k codexes.

Mat would have written a tighter set of rules.

I hate his lore and his codexes but he did do base games okay.

but he left when he found out GW's plans for warhammer it was his baby they were throwing out with the dishwater.

Is that confirmed as why he left? Not denying it, but interesting if true...

It also would confirm my suspicions about him...

I believe Jervis might be responsible.

Well he has stated that he liked fantasy alot more then Sci-fi so it is possible that he had enough.

I'm sure this has Jervis written all over it. He's a games designer at heart and their most senior writer.

Why do i have the feeling that this tread is trying to start a hit list?

In relation to Jervis writing it, he wrote Epic Armageddon and in their he discourages using points values, though does include three army lists at the back of the book.

I know a guy on the x-wing forums who used to work for GW in the early 00's who's a friend with alot of the old crowd and that's what he told me.

it's hearsay of course but it makes sense.
