Does anyone here know of any models (Any manufacturer) that mildly resemble this?

I say mildly as I am a bit of a dab hand with sculpting and can add various bits like the shoulder pads myself.

I actually need something human scale.

Also, this little details on the armour are actually just painting on a cloth.

So really those gold bits are not there.

they may be a little too square?

warriors of the dale are close, without the shoulders though.

As far as I am aware, LotR models are significantly smaller than warhammer ones, so would be kind of puny. Especially the dwarf ones.

If they are not though I would consider the Dale Warriors.

I'd suggest looking at Reaper's Rpg lines ( will take a lot of searching) or the Percy's plastic war of the roses models.

GW is certainly right out, since they don't do anything resembling normal fantasy models anymore.

Well it was more of did they used to make anything remotely like this? Looking for anything remotely historical in GW right now is like looking for a toenail on a fish.

Which War of the Roses minis specifically?

Also, preferably not single models, as I want a unit of these guys.

The foot knights, though they lean more toward two handed weapons.

As for GW, some of the early (as in Citadel/Marauder era) models for Brets & Empire aren't bad. so... late 80s early 90s.

You could try Fireforge Games Teutonic Order Infantry. 24 models (12 infantry, 12 crossbowmen) for 27 Euros, all plastic:

http://fireforge-games.com/webstore/teutonic-order/teutonic-infantry-details

If you look around their site, you might find a lot of different plastics to whet your creativity.

While the heads, weapons and shields do not match up, the bodies look perfect.

And a few shoulderpads+the correct heads should work.

Thanks :D.

There are lots of sites you can look at for heads. Warlords Games has all sorts of nice plastic troops and heads can be found all over the web.
