Seem's pretty neat. My recommendation would be to simply make that two handgunner units detachments (even if it means switching a few models around) I'd also give your arch-lector some protection, if if it's just the helm of skaven slaying, though a ward save would be nice.

The thing with handgunners as detachment will give me less deployments.
My arch lector gets a 5+ ward from his prayer if that is needed. And i whant him to be as cheap as possible. He's there for 2dp and ld 9

For 2250, blocks of 20 or less are kind of small, and for that matter, so are calvary units of 5. I find it better to go 25 man infantry blocks and 6-7 man calvary units. It improves survivability and damage dealing. As mentioned in one of your previous threads, 4 infantry blocks are going to be a pain to maneuver, especially with calvary units. Keeping the handgunners seperate for massed firepower is something I prefer to do as well, I've simply found the 5-8 man handgunner detachments as worthless, while 10 usually do the job well in so far as eliminating skirmishers and softening up targets. I'm also kind of curious as to why you're bringing 2 level two mages with all the dispel power you're carrying. Level two's can't really dish out damage and will be outclassed by a magic heavy army, but even a lightly equipped non-magical army will have ways to deal with two level twos. I'd bring either the caddy or if you're especially worried, the rod and a single scroll on two level ones sporting fireball/second sign.

The magic use in sweden is not that heavy, normaly ill get one or two second signs/round. The magic is only to boost the shooting not to deal damage.

Then yea, the magic is worth it, so many people try for comets with level 2 wizards, and it just begs for a smack upside the head. I'd still probably go to 3 units of 25 instead of 4 of 20 though.

Why waste more than 3 dices on a comet? In my army the second sign is the most important spell, and if i meet a scroll caddie i try to use the comet/forked lightning
And if i meet a magic heavy army then it's not a big deal to shut down the magic fase with 8-9dd + 2 scrolls.
I like to have 4 regiments because then one hereo can be in each one and wining big overe the army will be hard because you need to take 4 infanteri units.
