It all looks good, but how official can some of the details be considered, the parts towards the end about Actuators and Genearation Systems in particular? And who're the Ordo Veritas?

The text towards the end is taken out of the Rogue Trader book, so it's up to you whether or not it's cannon.

The different versions of the game are more like versions of the fluff.

Veritas means 'truth' for what it's worth. Don't know if that has any bearing on what they actually do.

Well it does say "mostly not original work" so that may mean mainly fan fic. Of course some of it as Brother Smith said is from the RT book, which is still canon as long as there is no background to cross it out today IMHO

Ordo Veritas? Never heard of it unless it's some super super super secret order of the inquisition commanded by a man who doesn't know that he's in command.
