That looks solid to me. Note that Witch Hunter 2 has an axe for 3gc, that's either a hammer or you got the cost wrong. Aside from that, that's a pretty good first list!

Good list, my first WH warband only had 8 guys in it, luckily I was playing against people that were too lazy to learn the rules so I had the advantage. A rat ogre in a starting skaven warband:eyebrows: , what the hell was that guy thinking. Good luck killing all those stinking heretics.

Looks like a solid list. The important thing to keep in mind in Mordhiem is to use all of your heros, which you have done. They determine your income, so you want as many as you can get, not to mention level quicker.

I'd ditch a 2H weapon initially (except on flaggies.)

Flaggies don't get a free dagger (it's not on their list)

Hmmm, maybe tweak things a little and replace a pistol with a Crossbow?

It's quite good.

I don't think Witch Hunter2 needs the axe. Either the pistol or dagger (along with the sword) should be enough.

And the warhounds are amazing. Great WS and S make them a real bargain.

I could acctually remove the Axe.
Can you just use the pistol in CC for the first turn?

I'd suggest arming the zealots with clubs instead of swords. Zealots are pretty much cannon fodder, and they need to be cheap. Club and dagger is still a pretty useful combo, and you've saved yourself 14 GCs.

But as I already got the full 12 model warband, what different would it make?
Oh, I could save the money for Hired Swords, maybe.

Yup, you can use it to shoot the enemy in the face too :)

Even with 12 out the door, you'll quickly be able to get more with a Halfling Cookbook and Halfling Scout. (+1 warband max for each!)

Don't rely on a pistol for shooting, with a 6" range, you won't be doing it much. Use it for a S4 attack in CC until you get up to S4. Since you can trade the pistol for another weapon while in combat you're fine by doing that.
