My empire army has several large blocks of handgunners, and i would quite like to equip one of my marksmen with a hochrifle. however, both stores in perth and the sydney store never have any. i have spoken to the staff and they say they get maybe 2 a year but these get snatched up immediately. If there are any west australians with an unwanted, unpainted empire master engineer with hochland long rifle i would be happy to pay $40 for it.

Try the wanted ads, in the trading forum. Or try ebay or an online stockist. I can buy and ship you a couple from the UK as long as you cover all costs.

*EDIT* Check our PM's.

Yeah, UK mail order, when postage is added, is about the same price as Australian retail. Why not do that?
Although by now you're probably better off waiting to see what the new book brings.

AFAIK, only UK mail order can provide you with a specific model.

^damn, and the store guys said i'd probably have to order three or four to get the hochrifle. They said they could, but it is apparently very rare

Oh ffs, just take the proper part code (http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefront/store.uk?do=Individual&code=99060202107&orignav=13) and give it to the Aus mail order people.

Why is it cheaper to buy the engineer you want, rather than a random one on the UK GW site? (£4 compared to £5)

You know the giant computer in Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy, the one built to discover the answer to life, the universe and everything? Well, that's the next question she's getting to work on.
