Here is a list I have put together for an upcoming tournament being run under 7th Edition:

TK 2250 pts

TK Destroyer of Eternities, Collar of Shapesh, Light Armour, Shield

LP Hierophant, Cloak of Dunes, Hieratic Jar

LP Enakhil, Brooch of the Great Desert, Steed

LP Dispel Scroll, Steed

24 Skeletons, Light Armour, Shield, Muso, Std, Banner of the Undying Legion

24 Tomb Guard, Champ, Muso, Std, War Banner

10 Skeletons, Bow

10 Skeletons, Bow

3 Chariots

3 Chariots

Tomb Scorpion

3 Ushabti

5 Carrion

Screaming Skull Catapult

This leaves me 14 pts to spend. The two LP on steeds each go with a skeleton bow unit, the King with the shielded skeletons and the Hiero with the Tomb Guard.

Thoughts?

Can the mounted priests actually join a non mounted unit ??

Nice strong list, skulls of the foe is a very nice upgrade if you can afford it

Looks fairly well rounded, and all your heroes seem appropriately equiped. Depending on who you're playing and how much terrain you use, you might want to merge your bowmen units...i have one big line of 24 in my army purely so i can get more magic shots off. And skulls of the foe is a great upgrade.

I'd try to fit in a Staff of Ravening, that's one extra power die to dispel every turn, or lots of enemy skirmishers die.
