Hi, I've put my comments in orange.

1 Goblin Warboss @ 185 Pts (to the HandwapponGobbos) What Handwappon Gobbos? Do you mean he is in a unit of Infantry?
General
Warboss Imbad's Iron Gnashas [30]
Amulet of Protectyness [25]
Ulag's Akk'rit Axe [25]
Gigantic Spider [40]

1 Black Orc Big Boss @ 149 Pts (to the Trolls)
Spear; Heavy Armour; Shield
Horn of Ugrok [40]
Boar
This character really isn't very fluffy. Your army is all Goblin except for one Black Orc. I can see why you've done it - to keep the trolls in line - but I don't think it looks good.

1 Goblin Shaman @ 152 Pts (to the General)
Magic Level 2; Little Waagh
Staff of Sorcery [30]
Nibbla's Itty Ring [20]
Wolf

Where are you going to put your shamans? In units of infantry or with the cavalry?
5 Trolls @ 200 Pts
That's a lot of investment in something with Stupidity. Even with Ld 8 they will fail 1/3 tests and spend those turns doing nothing. And it will always, ALWAYS be the turns you want to charge.

1 Giant @ 205 Pts
Always like Giants, they're fantastic!:)
1 Rock Lobber @ 75 Pts
Bully

2 Spear Chukka @ 70 Pts
1 Spear Chukka @ 35 Pts

5 Goblin Spider Riders @ 76 Pts
Spear; Short Bow; Shield; Musician

5 Goblin Wolf Riders @ 76 Pts
Spear; Short Bow; Light Armour; Musician
No, no, no, no, no - do not give wolf riders short bows. It really is a waste of points! They are not even vaguely worth it, they will never kill anything ever, and you'll waste time and get into bad positions as you try to get some worth out of them.
20 Night Goblins @ 85 Pts
Shortbow
1 Fanatic @ [25] Pts

30 Night Goblins @ 223 Pts
Netters; Shield; Standard; Musician
3 Fanatic @ [75] Pts

33 Night Goblins @ 241 Pts
Netters; Spear; Shield; Standard; Musician
2 Fanatic @ [50] Pts

If I were you I'd take 1 fanatic per unit. Think the most useful thing about fanatics is stopping enemy units charging you - particularly stopping fast cavalry charging into your flank. 1 fanatic does this without spending too many points or risking damage to your own troops. Too many increases the risk of some heading back your way and costs too much to be viable. In 10 years with Orcs and Goblins I have never seen all 3 fanatics hit an enemy unit on the turn they are released.

I'd say you want the Giant more in the middle (except against shooty armies like Empire) because that way you can use him to break up the enemy's attempts to attack your battle line. If he goes into combat along side a unit of goblins you are certain to the win: the giant splats some enemies, the gobbos provide the rank bonus.

Thank for your tips...

@waaghboss: yes.. the infantry :cool:

@trolls: yes, many poins but a lot of punch-power...
i will try them! (and this is my 5th army...so only for fun... i like trolls..so i want them... so your right... i did not say that it is a fun list, sry)

@BlackOrc: yes.. unfluffy but i have no good alternative.

@Fanatics: with the new rules of "charge trough fanatics" it may be harder for my opponent.. but i will think about it becuase so i got more points for other stuff..

@shortbows to the wolves: sometimes they kill ratlingguns, damage fast kav .. all good things for 5 points !

here some pictures of my convertions:
