Does anyone know if there are Elven warband rules published for Mordheim? Or if not officially, then any unofficial rules that are balanced enough to warrant using? High Elves, Wood Elves or Dark Elves, all work as i've got people intrested in all three of them.

Shadow Warriors are easy enough to make balanced:

1) Make Shadow Walkers 0-2 (not 0-3)
2) Limit Shadow Warriors to 0-4 (maybe 0-5)
3) Remove "sniper" skill
4) Make the "area hide" spell not work on models that have shot that turn.

(And make sure you're using the annual version of the shadow warriors, the oridinal version has issues being overpowered even moreso.)

Dark Elves: There aren't any truly balanced lists out there... Especially NOT the Lustria or Mordheimer versions, they're insane.

Ummmm, there were 2 developed by JaronK that were pretty damned nice..,. *digs* ahhh, here they is...

Two different themed bands, both are rather nice. (Jaron is a very skilled player and rules designer.)

As for high elves: The lustrian band is horribly evil. Don't allow it. I designed a Lothern Sea Guard warband and it's reasonably balanced.

Have at it.

And if you end up with feedback on any of those warbands, please let me know and I'll pass it along or use it (whichever is appropriate!)
