View Full Version : The Keeper's Great Unclean One

After being inspired by Villain and Forge World alike, I've decided to make my own GUO. I am using milliput, as it is cheap and easy to work with. I will base it on FWs one ans I like the model. However, I intend to do a pose involving him pulling his own guts out, and a nurgling hanging on.

Anyway, on to the WIPs. I will probably clean up the fingermarks and smooth the milliput joints later, and I need to detail the feet (and legs for that matter).

mmm.. I really like how youve done so far. I've tried to make one myself and i know how frustrating it is when you think it dosnt look right. Carry on working on it .

You could work on the detail a bit more though

Good enough:cool:

Think of nurgley mutations, as many as possible, and sketch them out.
Decide on bigger mutations (mine is guts)
Sketch pose, really planning is everything. Look to GWs and FWs stuff for inspiration on mutations, and spread them evenly arond the model.
Keep key elemnts in mind: fat, disease, decay, thick, bulky etc.
Smooth the skin down (I know I can't talk)
Have a really killy waepon and lots of nurglings!

PS. PUSTULES ARE YOUR FRIEND!! They cover up botches etc. Always put the in groups of at least 3, and never have in a logical or mathematical order.

Need pics of your WIP, PM them to me so as not to hijack my thread.

Thanks, It turned out that "nurglelord" is my sister playing a practical joke, so mods can you delete her posts please?

I'll post more pics when I get more milliput.

C and C still welcome

I know, I know...

I can't beleive I didn't realise. She went on the most basic stuff, I collect nurgle, she watched me get from site home to thread etc. Really annoyed when I found out   :D

EDIT, My 250th post YAY!!

The basic patterns... Sometimes concealing them slightly is the most effective way of all to make a practical joke work.

And, by the way, do not delete her posts, since it is a documental evidence and memorial of it. :D

Oh, and she said what she thought about your, and that's not too bad; more details.

Sometimes general, casually thrown-out details like that works excellent for making a practical joke work.
