Very balanced list with a good model count. The only thing I don't like is the Stormvermin. It seems like people lately have developed an affinity for Stormvermin all of a sudden. I've seen them in multiple lists lately and I can't fathom why.

Regardless, my only advice is to drop the Stormvermin, max out the censer bearer unit (6 won't cut it after shooting and gas and such), get a magic banner for the BSB, and get some weapon teams for your Clanrats. I know they arent as good in 7th ed, but a Warpfire Thrower is still a Warpfire Thrower. Trust me, they're worth it.

whats wrong with storm vermin?

I'm a fan of the storm vermin, they make a nice rock hard center for a strong infantry line. (though with skaven, rock hard is a debatable term).

My main suggestions would be to invest in some slaves. If you're putting the points into the warlord and the BSB, you should take advantage of the fact that they turn your slaves into some of the best troops in the game for a measly 2 pts a model.

Leadership 10 with rerollable break tests that don't cause panic in your other units?

If you were to drop one of your 2 plague monk units you could pick up:

2 units of 25 slaves w/ musician = 108

2 units of 1 giant rat pack = 60

and a solo rat ogre (or another to split your unit up into 2 units of 2)

the giant rats are great for redirecting other units, or if the enemy chooses to ignore them, simply leave them behind the enemy line to contest table quarters or to kill fleeing troops.

As it stands you have only the night runners as expendables, that's a pretty risky setup in my books.
