Has anyone used the No Limits rule set with 40K miniatures at all?

They have a set of stats for the basic Guard troops and I was thinking of doing a set of stats for Orcs

Are they free to download?

Edit Edit:

Just read through these rules (will most of them) It is a nice idea, but it has way to many rules for anything other than a smal skirmish game. I can't see anyone trying a 1500pts battle with these rules.

Incedentally I am wokring on some updated rules for 40K. I will post them once they are done.

The rules are very much like the Vor miniature game FASA produced just before closing. It's possible (and fun) to play 1500 point Vor games, but it is a bit slow, especially the first time. At the size (and even some smaller game sizes) you really do need some chits to keep track of what units have been activated, are on overwatch, etc.
