You're going to Character heavy in both lists...Chaos really doesn't need that many Characters to win..2 is more than enough...on 2nd list, give you lord the Spell Familiar and take Fire Magic...both lists have a mix of Close Combat, Speed and some Magic which isn't bad...but you're spreading yoursefl thin...

Mark of Slan makes units immune to psych, yea? Wouldn't that be good for your knights? I agree, pretty heavy on characters.

I prefer the second list, simply because it can give and recieve alot more magic. Don't change the exalted sorcerer to undivided- with a daemonsword, exalted sorcerers of slaanesh is immensly savage when casting enrapturing spasms (as they automatically hit the affected unit so cannot kill themselves with the sword).
Mounted Daemonettes, however, are a no-no for me- they can't flee from charges, so if they get caught are committed and so don't really fulfuill their roll as fast cavalry (although the movement is nice). Also, they're thirty points each!
I would drop them, take another unit of marauder horsemen, and bolster the knights to seven, give the big unit of marauders flails and if you have the points left maybe invest in another spawn.
